AEW AEW XLIV: Same Old Song and Dance

The day after CM Punk's AEW return there were like A HUNDRED videos of it up on YouTube. Most of them have since been taken down due to copyright.

There are multiple videos up of ALL CM Punk's iconic moments. How many YouTube clips contained segments of or discussion about the "pipe bomb"? Literally THOUSANDS.

If you could take all the views of all those videos and add them up they would absolutely dwarf the views of any Orange Cassidy segment... OC's views don't get diluted in nearly the same way as Punk's.

You are accusing me of inconsistent standards, but really, these kind of myopic arguments are what happens when some one cherry picks one piece of data to support a pre-determined conclusion.

Use some fucking common sense: CM Punk's return spiked TV viewership 53% and sold out the United Center. If you think OC has ever done anything even approaching that level of "impact," you are delusional. I don't know what else to call it.

(Also, anecdotal, but when I went to an AEW show in Bridgeport, CT, I saw literally hundreds of CM Punk t-shirts. If it was a sport, you would have thought it was a CM Punk home game. I probably saw someone wearing an OC t-shirt, but I definitely didn't notice. I'm pretty sure anyone who has been to an AEW event since Punk's return and is willing to be honest about it will report a similar experience.)
I never said OC did anything to the same level of impact as Punk. You're arguing against a point I never made.

Someone has to care about that show. Right?

I seen a clip where She-Hulk was saying she's better at controlling her anger because she gets catcalled and that didn't fill me with hope. Hopefully it's just one bad scene.

Chyna was the best She Hulk of all time. Don't @Me

On a youtube comedy show? what's your point?
My point is that Page just had his balls cut off on national TV and his response is to make a YT "comedy" (allegedly) sketch.

No real surprise there, but still manages to make me smh

Do you want him to make a shoot interview for RFvideo as a response?
I don't know what RF video is, but if he is going to be putting shit out there on the internet, it might as well be something to generate some damn buzz. Say or do something creative, edgy, artistic, mean... you know, SOMETHING to develop your character in some way beside being a fucking dork.

That's just my opinion, anyway.
