Ricabonni apparently has a 9 to 5 that pays more than AEW. He even does the ROH commentary remotely from his house cause the travel isn't worth it, he agree'd to only do ROH's PPV and occasional fill ins in person.

That's a flaw in management. All four of them should have been sat down together on the same side of Tony's desk. Tony should have then asked each of them in turn if they could coexist in the same locker room with the others. Not work together, just coexist. Anyone says no, they get sent home. If it's your biggest name, if it's someone who was there from day one, doesn't matter. Be professional. If you can't do that then you're not needed. Everyone is replaceable, even Punk and the Elite.
