This AEW video popped up on my feed yesterday. I know nothing about Toni Storm but I am impressed with her gimmick, talking and acting like something out of the classic Hollywood era and her mic work is fire. I don't know about her in-ring work or background but I'll probably watch a profile video later.

Aside from Kenny "By God" Omega, Toni Storm is the best thing about AEW. One of the best characters in wrestling today combined with a truly great worker in the ring. She had a match with Mariah May earlier this year where they just beat the hell out of each other.



Seeing the women blade and do hardcore stuff isn't for everyone but for this feud it was perfect. It was arguably the best program AEW had in the last year

Find videos of her media scrum interviews. She's great all around, but she is absolutely hilarious in interviews.

She’s easily top 3 women’s wrestler today, hell, one of the best wrestler’s overall.

Probably the best overall promo/character work out of all wrestling.

I like it too. I still think there's value in stuff like this and the Caster gimmick, just have them beat some people even if its locals and they can be the perfect mid to low level scumbag heels where a loss doesn't hurt them because maybe they were just too hungover lol.

If they let Preston Vance be himself on the mic it'll work perfectly, that dude in all the clips I've seen outside of wrestling is full on frat/jock/gym bro with no filter.

Fun goofy gimmicks always have a place if the talent can produce. All 4 guys got the look down, they're all in shape, serviceable in the ring, and seem to be all in on the gimmick.

Not expecting them to be in main eventing programs. But we need solid fun acts that fans can boo and babyface teams can beat. I'd rather see The Frat House cut some funny promos for heat and have a fun match then random jobbers getting squashed.

I think sometimes people take themselves and wrestling too seriously. I think Tony Khan is one of those people sometimes too. One negative night on twitter in reaction to a silly gimmick and that gimmick is hardly ever seen again

Even if it’s silly, I like when you can tell that guy is #AllIn on a gimmick and jacked up backwards hat guy is capturing the energy perfectly of a frat dude and it’s even better that he looks damn near 40 and is trying to recapture that.

Crowd singing along to “win or lose WE BOOZE!” in 12-14 months, heard it here first
