Deonna is my new AEW crush

The company is set to announce Jennifer Pepperman as Vice President of Content Development, Sports Illustrated has learned.

Pepperman is a three-time Daytime Emmy Award winner. Up until last week, she was also WWE’s longest-tenured female creative team member, but she opted to leave the company. She had worked for WWE since 2017.

I know almost nothing about the E's content in this time frame. Is this good news or bad?

Tony Khan hired a random WWE creative team member that was on the creative team from 2017 until last week, most of that time was hot garbage creativity for WWE. Tony hired her as "Vice President of Content Development".

Is Tony Khan fucking retarded?

Just looked up her imdb to see what she did before WWE.

She wrote fucking soap operas <Lmaoo>

She was a writer on As The World Turns and One Life To Live

They hired a 51 year old female soap opera writer. I'm sure she totally resonates with AEW's audience and know what they want <45>

Correction, she wasn't even a writer on the soap operas. She was a TV director. She wasn't even the creative on the fucking soap operas.

TV director of a soap opera is now an Executive in charge of creative content for live programming for AEW.

The fuck does a soap opera director even do? There doesn't seem much to direct on a soap opera <Lmaoo>

Jerry Jones likes to hire Yes Men and Women too.... and the Cowboys aren't winning anything :(

Apparently Jen Pepperman was Sasha Banks friend and did all of her stuff in WWE.

Mercedes Mone hasn't even officially debuted in AEW and she's already got the pull to get her friends hired to All Friends Wrestling.

Both those soap operas were canceled………..

Recently:

AEW hired WWE's regional live event guy to be their live event guy and also made him the COO of the company.

AEW hired WWE's 2nd in charge under Kevin Dunn to run their TV production with the title of Senior Vice President of TV Production and Executive Producer.

AEW hired a WWE creative team member to be Tony Khan's 2nd in charge of creative with the title of Vice President of Content Development.

All these people worked for WWE while it sucked and are gone while WWE is getting better.

"We want to be an alternative to WWE" while hiring all the people that worked for WWE when they said that <Lmaoo>
