He's a huge issue for everyone. He treats the installers like fucking robots and I was done with his bullshit and let him know. Trying to get extra shop help so it eases the load some, and he keeps refusing. Shit got ugly.

Then on top of everything I had to basically play therapist to a guy having a complete mental breakdown.

I'm too old for this shit.
