    I just started training MMA and would like some tips and techniques on what to do from the mount position and when you are stuck in a guard...basically some effective shit to do from any top position..thanks

    Americana from the mount, Armbar from the mount, Gi choke from the mount, the list goes on.

    Guard, well you can do a backwards RNC forget what its called, overwise your best bet would be to get out of the guard and move in for side control!

    There are a lot of videos you can look into picking up. If you are on a tight budget, you can find some sources online that can help. Although it isn't going to be nearly as effective as having an instructor to show you live, it can give you some things to play with as you train. www.lockflow.com has a ton of techniques you can view for free, it's worth giving a look.

    well from the side mount im always looking to pull of a keylock or kimura. Both pretty simple/effective subs from the side mount
