Advice on first nootropic stack

    so after a lot of research I've decided to go with the most basic beginner tried and tested stack; caffeine and l-theanine

    anyone have any experience with this stack? what kind of ratios did you use and when did you take it etc?

    I was thinking of substituting the caffeine powder (which is rancid) for a zero calorie red bull until I buy caffeine pills... in the meantime a red bull would make it 80mg of caffeine to 200mg of l-theanine so not quite 2:1 but close enough

    again, as per your other PWO thread, i'd just neck the caffeine powder in a small amount of water. no need to make a meal out of it. as for the stack, not tried it. have tried pramiracetam, which i felt definitely had an effect on me, but wasn't conducive to muay thai.
