Advice from my fellow Sherdoggers

I just drop some no fat milk with a scoop of whey and 2 strawberries 2 ice cubes in the blender and it does not seem to clump at all , i picked up this brand

one quick question, in the morning i do no cardio but say 50 situps and 20 pushups before i go to work, I read some where that the first thing you should do in the morning is drink a whey shake (1 scoop with skim milk is what i have at 7am) how long should i wait to have my breakfast after that shake? I used to eat breakfast with the shake but that was making me feel so full, so i eat breakfast at 8am now about an hour later
any suggestions
