How any times have we seen a fighter continue to hit his opponent after he goes out? People just want to criticize Hendo for it because they don't like the guy. Off the top of my head, these are some fights where one fighter continued to hit his opponent after he was out:
Stipe against Werdum
Weidman against Munoz
Weidman against Silva
Cruz against Mizugaki
Garbrandt against Almeida
Machida against Bader
Vitor against alot of people
Condit against DHK
Bisping against Rockhold
Conor against Aldo
It's funny that people want to say that Hendo is the one who gets a pass for this, when in reality he is essentially the only one who gets crap for it while none of those other guys mentioned get any type of flak. I won't speak on whether the shots are right or wrong but people definitely need to be consistent in their outrage and not be hypocrites. It seems that it's only a problem when Dan does it and not any other fighter. Then people want to clamored it to Palhares as if it's even remotely the same thing. I really don't get it.
