ACUNITY Requirements

Hi I'm not the most techy person so most of the time I don't really understand the numbers, anyway I think I have a Radeon 5500, and it doesn't work with unity. It works with Rogue. I'm going to buy Unity so , I want to upgrade my hardware. My cousin can run his unity, and he says that his card can run but if full graphics, it cannot. I don't know what model he uses, but it costs 4-5,000 philippine pesos $80-100right now. I guess its in the 7+ model???

My question is, I'm thinking of buying that hardware, my cousins but do you guys think its a good deal? I thought maybe I should by the newer vidcrd which costs 7-9,000 philippine pesos, $180-200 since I'm going to buy one time, but do you guys think it's overkill?? I don't know what model , but the price range is arnd that.
Would you consider, $200 vidcard overkll?
