Kiefer Sutherland always had the best yelling scenes. He has a great roar or two in Young Guns 2 but I don't want to post and spoil things.

Mel Gibson is a good yeller as well. Every time he roars in Braveheart, he has a good roar in Anthony Hopkins' face in The Bounty.
