Canelo and Golovkin fit the bill, I believe.

There's quite a few, but the two you mentioned have stood and taken punishment by big hitters to really prove it.

Their fight against each other showed it. Both guys whacked each other so hard Harold Lederman had to change his scoring criteria.

not even Wolverine's adamantium claws can pierce through David Tua's chin.

even when he was sucker punched after a bell rang from the back he stood tall.

Does Floyd count? I only really recall him being rocked against Mosley and he didn't get dropped then.

wtf?

More than half of the big name fighters fit the bill

I find it interesting that Foreman was never knocked down during his comeback.

The guy fought Holyfield, Morrison, Briggs, Moorer, Stewart, etc. and was not knocked down.

His chin (or at least his defense) improved as he aged.

Oliver McCalls chin tops Tua’s.
Tons of active fighters make the list.

Vitali Klitschko had a chin made of kevlar.

Back in the Ukraine, they measure anvil strength in fractions of Vitalis.

That right there is going to be your most reliable striking surface, testing at approximately 7/8ths of a unit of Vitali.

Vasyl Lomachenko, as long as we are only talking about professional careers.

McCallum was never stopped despite fighting tons of punchers, many of whom he fought when he was past his best. James Toney still hasn't ever been stopped.
