They grew up with their mom in a decent house with a pool, she worked as a waitress I'm pretty sure, might have shared it with his grandparents or at least they lived close by as I remember their grandfather was a track coach at the highschool and that's how they got into triathlons and stuff. This is just the basic stuff I remember from interviews and countdown videos and stuff. Never heard much about the dad but this is him according to google so who knows:
