about fish oil

Ok I always hear about how everybody should take fish oil because of all its benefits, but I was wondering if I should take it even if I'm not currently working out? Is fish oil something everybody in the world should be taking no matter what? working out or not?
 
I just wanted a simple yes or no answer I didnt want all the info on it I know them already.
 
Then the answer is yes. Obviously the dosage of a normal person compared to an athelete will be different but everyone should benefit from taking Fish Oil.
 
No worries dude. A small amount of people can't take Fish Oil due to allergic reactions and stuff like that but I'm sure if you're already taking them then you would know about any problems. So take your fish oil! :D
