A Way I Like to Counter an Arm lock Escape...

    That is a confusing title...

    I just posted up a new technique showing one way that I like to deal with an opponent that spins out of my arm lock onto their knees. It really hurts, and some people don't tap right away because they are not always familiar with the position so crank it slow.
