A very specific question about shorts

Okay,
I'm want to order a pair of shorts from Full Contact Fighter, but I'm not too sure about the sizing.
Here's the deal:
I hang out right in that grey area between 30 and 32 waist. I own a pair of Tapout shorts in size 32, but I wish they were a bit smaller, like maybe a 30.
So, for anyone who might know, should I order the S or the M? I'd like them to be snug, but not ass-tight, not that my ass is anything to be ashamed of, but you know.

ALways go a size up in the FCF's. They are restrictive in the waist so adding that extra size will help a ton.

I agree, I'm around a 29 or 30 and the S is tight on me.
