so i was just wondering this. i understand that it doesn't matter but just curious.
lets say i was to join a Gracie affiliated school and was headed by one of that Gracie's BB. Would you be promoted by this blackbelt (who is your main instructor) or would you be promoted when the gracie comes into town and see where your skills are at.
Thus would you be considered the blackbelt instructor's student or the gracies student?
