You can way what you want about Pride but those guys gave their all.

It was a different mindset, I believe. They showed up to fight and put on a show. It didn't matter that much if you won or lose. In the UFC it seems there is this constant pressure that you need to win. Even if you're putting on great performances it seems you're under this constant threat of being cut if you don't win. So we get safer and more boring performances.
