Well in some cases it does. Not only is it illegal, you know, a crime, but if it incites violence, the effected person might not be liable. I learned about it in a law class many, many years ago and am not a lawyer.

So you don't know any actual specifics? Anything could 'incite' someone to commit an act of violence. How does the law actually narrow it down? Where in the law does it say you have a right to attack someone? I can see that it criminalizes certain types of speech, but nowhere is it stated that it protects you from liability if you decide to assault them.
