Soy enters my body only when in a fermented state.

How much do you eat in a day MM?

Except for soy sauce, I've stopped completely. Back when I was a vegetarian, though, I ate tofu at nearly every meal and I drank a glass or two of soy milk every day.

I never experienced (to my knowledge) any of these ill side effects. But I wouldn't have known if I was weak. It wasn't until the last year I was eating vegetarian that I started lifting again. But I still bulldozed people on the basketball court. Football players, whoever (not anyone active at an elite level, mind you, nobody with a 600+ squat).
