A little new film about Samart Payakaroon from the Thai TV

Thanks! I've been waiting to see mad payak since it was in a couple thai theaters over the summer. All the actors playing him at the different points in his life are all actual fighters from his gym poptheeratham

thanks I'll watch this later too it seemed very good from a quick peek.

I sincerely opened the video not expecting there to be subtitles.

I was pleasantly surprised. Nice find, thanks mate.

Mard is his name bra.

Payak means tiger though. That's all I know.

EDIT: I think Mard is just a generic Thai name, could be wrong. Maybe it's what samart is short for, samart sounds like an indian name (Samarth) actually.

Mard is just shortened version of as Samart, Payak means warrior
Mad Payak who dastardly mentioned was a former poster here, who could well be currently posting under a new name :p:D

I liked the interviews with Dieselnoi and Kongtoranee

yeah I saw the part with Dieselnoi. guess it's safe to say now that there's no footage of that fight otherwise it would be in the movie.

I liked when people would talk about this fight like it was a priceless ancient artifact. Lol

"I heard a collector has it, but he wants tons of money." "Only a few copies exist and you'd have to spend forever digging through bins at video stores to find it."

when I inquired about this fight a lot of posters were under the impression that this fight - - was Samart vs. Dieselnoi; Dieselnoi gets tagged with huge punches here.

just watched Part 2 of the movie.

I'm confused after the part where Samart wins the Pinweight Title at Lumpini.

did he win the belt then lost to his rival Pharuhakplet? but in the subtitles it says "when I lost the title to Chamuakpet..." but Chamuakpet is not mentioned before...

I'm guessing the subtitles are bound to have some mistakes. still. mad respect to whoever made them!
