A**hole boss

How do you deal with a fucking dickhead boss who created a clear pattern of bullying employees and making it abundently clear that he enjoys harrassing people that he can get away with legally (ie doesn't not harrass black, brown, Asian or females) only white men like he is to avoid a racial/sexist complaints.

I want to fill the room with uppercuts and I have tried going to the boss above him with my concerns but all he does is send an email to bully boss telling him exactly what I said, and bully boss takes that information and uses it as fuel to be more of a dick. Also I have to keep this job, fucking retirement is too good.

I hate this sonofabitch but usually I can put him out of my mind but something he said on Friday is continuing to eat at me still.

I've dealt with dickhole bosses before. They ALL get what's coming to them in the future. They're just dumb enough to not see it it. ALL of my shithole bosses either got fired, quit, got turned down for a similar job in a different location. My dickhead boss was making 6 figures before HR sent several spies and had him terminated. It was glorious..
 
Apparently you quit your job and wait until he calls you to come back, then start playing tricks on him...

Lol yes sounds like a glorious day. A little history on this fuckface boss, he transferred to another agency then failed probation and came back, got in trouble for saying "I will never promote any of you people" to a staff of all black people, and also could not be in the office and had to work from home for two years for harrassing a Hispanic female...wtf..how is this guy still employed?
 
Some bosses are asshats and some bosses are assrats and some bosses are assholes. You know

For one, the company can't fire him YET probably to avoid a lawsuit. Secondly, Hispanics have a lot of siblings so his ass whooping might come quicker than he expects. Or someone finds out where he lives and burns his house down.

When you say agency, I'm assuming a work/temp type. If so, they're notorious for being prejudice.
 
You got some solid advice already...document, goat him into saying something inappropriate...obviously unless you can go higher, the boss above him is a POS also..No way your going to change his behavior , but you can outsmart him...Whatever you do, no uppercuts..
 
ive strait up confronted bosses like this or coworkers

bullies dont expect to be challenged and cower away when they are. more importantly i have found they are usually terrified of their own boss and any hint that word will pass to them about their behaviour will send them scurrying away.
 
I have told you numerous times what you need to do, but it’s like you don’t have the attention span to sit down and do it. Yes, you saved all the emails, but you need to write up the circumstances surrounding each email to give them each context, or it actually makes you look worse.

For instance, many of his emails look like it’s just him telling you to do your job. However, you and I both know, he sent those emails when he knew full well that you already did everything that was necessary, or that you had already explained to him that there was a misunderstanding on the user’s side, and that there was not actually an issue, and that you already took care of it. So you need to put all of the rest of the facts in writing, so that anyone else reading those emails will know what you and I know, and will also conclude his emails to You are not only superfluous, but antagonistic.

Shit man, did you think when I filed my grievance I just printed out a bunch of emails and staples them together? No. I had to write my whole account of each situation, label each email, and cite those emails according to the label I gave them to support my story.

All you have to do is sit down for two hours and do that. Two hours. And I will help you. Trust me, executive wants that fucker gone as much as you do. But they are waiting for someone to give them a reason.

Actuslly, he got in trouble for saying that first. Then he was put on special assignment. Then he transferred to the other agency, failed, and came back.

Be careful about putting those types of specifics online.

get skilled and qualified enough that you can find another job and be ready to get another job....then tell him what is what.

In this case, his boss is directly sanctioning the bullying.
 
would you be opposed to slipping a poisonous spider and or snake into his office?
 
Go above that bosses head then. the EEOC is a joke but a threat to go to them or another labor board may put a scare in them
Lol yep it got all of management's attention when there was a sudden union meeting on site.
