Upstairs. Today was the day he figured out this place isn't soundproofed. I'm generally quiet and considerate, but have reached my breaking point

I ask because I went through this and I feel the upstairs neighbor will always have the upper hand. When i reached my breaking point I cranked my guitar amp to 11 and had the landlord calling me within 10 minutes telling me to turn it down because they were friend with the upstairs tenants I also banged on the ceiling pretty hard too and the landlord said if i don't turn it down they told them to call the police on me was total bullshit..

All it did was make them stomp louder I was always at their mercy so I vowed to never live on the bottom again. I could hear every footstep and they were walking loud on purpose. I do live on the bottom floor now but it's all concrete so I hear very little from up there. Also once things go south with a neighbor It's almost impossible to repair it.

The thing is if i bang on the ceiling then I banged on the ceiling anddid something wrong its obvious (did it a few different times) if they are stomping on purpose how can I prove it? they just say they are walking normally. So i couldn't win. Didn't matter how nice I tried to be they always would say they will try to be quieter then the stomping would start all over again right away. I know they hated me at that point and were doing it on purpose, again how can I prove it.???. Plus her office chair was broke and every damn time she sat her fat ass down it banged the floor but she claimed she didn't know what as making the noise yeah right bitch you know and she even tried t blame it on her little girl doing gymnastics can you believe that shit Gymnastics really oh great I live under an Olympic training center. lol shit I am getting triggered now. lol putting in spoilers as to not hijack the thread. send pm if you want to discuss it more[/SPOILER}
