A foolproof and easy way to end extreme weight cutting

The fool proof way is you make weight and if it effects your stamina and ability to take a shot then that's on you as long as you make weight.
 
If someone fights in a certain weight class they can only gain up to 1 pound less of what the next weight class is the day of the fight. Any pound over and they cut off limbs to get em back down to weight. Problems gonna solve itself real fast.
