You just left the dog out on the cold, hungry? Go feed the dog
There is a dog that has bitten people in my parents neighborhood. Just the other week my parents were walking a friends dog when the attack dog came running to chew on the friends dog. My father had to quickly pick up the friends dog and while doing that was bit by the attack dog in the arm.
This isn't new behavior as the dog has bitten 2 other people we know. One victim happens to be an electrician friend of ours. he was doing work at the dog owners house when the dog came running and bit him in the ass. Our electrician friend went to complain to the owner, who is a doctor. The doctor began to belittle our electrician friend, saying he is a big guy can't he handle dogs. Then the doctors wife came to see what was going on, at which point the doctor yelled at his wife to "shut up bi%ch". I hope I never need to be a patient for that doctor.
My father last week wrote a complaint to the HOA about the dog that bit him. I doubt anything will be done. Probably some day someone will sue the doctor I figure. One attorney living in that neighborhood sued another dog owner a few years ago due to the dog being aggressive, knocking him over and causing a medical issue. Didn't see that dog again after the lawsuit.
I always walk my dog on leash, but when she's on a trip with my wife and I take a stroll, I always walk with one of these.

Cut off the binding at the top of the bristles and you'll have a perfect stick for walking/pest control.
Complaints to the HOA won't go anywhere. He needs to file a complaint with animal control. (AC) Usually two or more complaints will result in the owner getting fined, or even the dog getting put down.
My brother's greyhound was attacked once. He complained to AC and found out the dog had attacked others. Owner was told, one more attack and they were going to take the dog away and destroy it.
After the attack, he started carrying a stun baton like the one below. It makes a crackling noise when the button is pressed and the noise alone scares off most dogs.
A better way to discourage vicious dogs is to carry a stun baton like the one below.
If the noise doesn't scare off the dog, the jolt of high-voltage electricity will drive it away.

Fair point. Cold or hot I would of gotten that dog into my house and then fought the urge to keep it. I caught a lose mastiff that broke it's chain tether. I followed it for about a mile in the ghetto with my 100 lb doberman on a leash. I wrapped its broken chain around my hand and was bleeding by the time I got it home, dog had never been leash trained, must of weighed 30-40lbs more then my dog. I really wanted to keep it but turned him over to animal control with instructions to contact me if no one claimed him. Someone must ofYes, because we all know how much huskies hate the cold.

Well, that's one way to keep your wife in line while you go on a walk.I always walk my dog on leash, but when she's on a trip with my wife and I take a stroll, I always walk with one of these.

Good point. We need to step up our game. It all starts with not wiping our asses. And not washing them either. Touching your butthole makes you gay. What's up with sherdoggers getting owned by dogs? We're supposed to be so alpha dogs can smell the dominant energy and immediately become submissive when around a sherbro.
How will a hair curler help him ?Complaints to the HOA won't go anywhere. He needs to file a complaint with animal control. (AC) Usually two or more complaints will result in the owner getting fined, or even the dog getting put down.

Did he say when he would leave though?! Because if he didn't you can't fault him. If the bet is not clarified as to who, what, and when, then what to do?
