Cain was was 27 and 7-0, Big Nog was 33 and 32-5-1.

I remember thìs was supposed to be Cain's first real test and was hopefully going to answer some questions about him, specifically his BJJ.

Nog was top 2 HW in the world for 8 or 9 years. He has more ranked wins (over better fighters) than both Cain and Mir combined. By the time they fought, Nog had like 35 fights and like 20 surgeries but no doubt, Nog had a better career than them.
