thank you for the punch in the face...I'm not setting my diet and conditioning in stone yet...I'm gonna try 30 min cardio every morning + 4 mile run 2x a week + lift heavy 3 x a week...around 1800 calories a day, 200 grams of protein a day...looked into RFL ...liked what I found..I just simply can't afford the book til this weekend...so this week I will do what I said above...seems like that RFL book is tailored toward athletes wanting to cut weight and keep LBM..so of course it seems ideal..thanks to everyone for the advice3 days of people suggesting RFL and you decide to do LSD on an empty stomach and flip your meal schedule? I hope you take you're skills training more serious than you take your diet, otherwise you're going to get the shit beaten out of you in your match.
