There is a grappling sub-forum, brah. Even a thread dedicated to all-things Judo. Nice video though, sadly the rules have changed and a few of these techniques are useless in competition.

LOL nice bro. I can tell you I love judo and throwing people. Even if it's just for practice on the big mat. I can say that I really tried to focus on about 5 major throws though. At first I tried to learn every throw at once but I found the most useful and high success throws to be: Uchi Mata, Tai Otoshi, Ouchi Gari, Osoto Gari, and Harai Goshi. I tried to refine those. They also are throws that I feel I can do with no-gi (minus tai otoshi but possibly if they somebody has clothing to grab). I never was that good at ippon-seoinage though, I guess I was just to slow and I'm a taller guy so it was harder for me.

However, I wish I had bjj dojo close by...I love the ne-waza. That's what I excelled at the most. But in Judo we spend 2/3 of our time standing and so I just never got enough rolling time. And...as you know, during randori you have to be super quick and I need more time.

If you think Correira is a high level striker or deserved to be in there, I don’t know what to tell you. She couldn’t punch her way out of a wet paper bag with scissors in her hand.

I know, I know, Rousey sucks, was never good, all her wins were flukes, "she only fought soccer moms!", etc.

I was hoping to see 74 unique throws.
 
74 is a weird number. Did this guy intend to do 100 and then got lazy?

I didn’t say that. I said Correira had awful striking even compared to Honda’s Glenfail Boxing Club technique.

That wasn't my point. My point was that Rousey had the technique and power to KO a bitch.

I have no idea where that infamous training footage that you posted came from. But there are plenty of examples of her throwing clean, straight punches.

My guess is that was probably filmed while she was exhausted and at the end of grueling session. No need to take cheap shots like that.

But Sherdog gonna Sherdog.
