I dont know if I blame Spacey for the first one (not the harassing people on set). Dude was 24 at a party probably drinking or high and he tries to kiss another dude (thats all I heard at least) at a party. Guy happened to be young, but how many people expect or even ask how old someone is at a party?

I think our minds plays tricks on us and we think of Spacey in "todays age" kissing a young dude/kid. like his 55 age on a 14 yr old versus his 24 age versus a 14. Do we even know that spacey knew the guy was underage?
