Sherdoggers will shit on him for being in the NFL though

1 year of training lol ? Who you talking hes fighting ? He better fight a 0 - 0 guy. He would get schooled by a top 1000 guy. You cant just train MMA for a year and get in there with an experience fighters just because your an athlete lol.

Brock had a 35 inch vertical

30 reps of 225

10 foot broad jump

But Brock was a national college wrestling champion. Watt would need 5-10 years of training to think about beating Brock who has trained BJJ for years as well.

= a conversation that has been had a million times. Some variation of this question has been asked regarding Mike Tyson, Lebron James, Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather, Ray Lewis, Aleksandr Karelin, Shaq, Serena Williams, etc. etc. etc.

To answer the question, he might beat some regional cans, but a year isn't nearly enough to compete at the highest level. Even the semi-decent regional fighters would smash him with that little training.

B level in MMA; wrestlefucked by any any high level heavyweight grappler, knocked out by any high level heavy weight stiker.
