One could say the same about people who go to bat for neo-Nazis. Looked in the mirror lately?people that fight against piracy give women the ick.
Thatās right. We need artists to make even more money, so that they can promote Kamala Harris and trasvestitesFucking conservatives protecting artists' means of making a living.
Those fucking scumbags.
I think they're rather more stale and dried up than fresh, but ok.i don't hate you, i just think you're a giant pussy for not confirming your old alias and you have the political opinions of a fresh turd.
Or guys that pretend to be married online. One could say the same about people who go to bat for neo-Nazis. Looked in the mirror lately?
Don't forget to change your diaper today. One could say the same about people who go to bat for neo-Nazis. Looked in the mirror lately?
It says "accused" not even a court ruling for punishment.Fucking conservatives protecting artists' means of making a living.
Those fucking scumbags.
Really because 99% of musicians can't make a living when in the past it was a possibilityIt's pretty much a proven fact that piracy increases long term profits.
I'm ambivalent on this one because my work is pirated BUT I figure the people who steal my shit weren't going to pay for it anyway and the people who pay for my shit want to support me, so they aren't going to steal it. So there's no real loss.
And if someone does steal my stuff and their friends see it and like it, then their friends might buy it so in a way it can help me just to get that exposure.
I feel like that's the same for music. If you hear a song you like being played by someone who might have stolen it, there's still a good chance you will then go and buy it.
Having a popular song has got to be more valuable in the long run due to licensing and touring than the 50 cents you probably get when someone buys it online through some middleman.
You probably should have looked that up before embarrassing yourself. The 3 judges were an Obama appointee, a Clinton appointee, and 1 Reagan appointee, and the precedent was Cox communication case heard by the 4th circuit where 2 of the 3 judges were Obama appointees.Of course they did. Conservative courts for the win again
What a fucking attention whore. You threw it out there knowing someone would bite and then acted all coy when someone asked.I mean given how much you guys hate my guts it seems pretty dumb to tell you that lol

LOL if I'm not married I'm an amazing cook and a world traveller, not to mention speaking 3 languages, owning my own home, and running two business--all by myself. I'm a fuckin' rockstar. Ok.Or guys that pretend to be married online.
That's more due to streaming and the death of physical media and smaller venues than pirating. Related issues though.Really because 99% of musicians can't make a living when in the past it was a possibility
STFU, you law blabbing worm!!!There is no ārightā to the internet. Everyone saying the court got it wrong here is operating on some misguided notion that the suspected pirates are entitled to some kind of due process here, that their āguiltā of piracy needs to be established before their internet access is cut off. Why? Theyāre customers of the ISPs, and if the courts are going to potentially hold the ISPs liable for the possible piracy of their customers then itās in the interests of the ISPs to try and shut them down.
This case was about the ISPās liability and part of that liability stems from the fact that the ISP was aware that piracy could have been happening and they didnāt do anything about it. They have the ability to cut those customers off at any time, and proving the āguiltā of those customers is not required.
