Can't blame them when a single youtube boxing payday can equate to an even more comfortable retirement.
Even Jack Dempsey did a bunch of freak show fights after he retired. Some guys just have an itch, either for combat, or for cash.

I just dont see how on earth a Hendo fight would generate anything... 95% of that audience who buys dont even know who Hendo is lol

Is it them or the pay in MMA that's pathetic? Hendo was paid fairly well tho so idk. I don't want to see a 53 year old legend lose to some douchey Youtuber but if he gets offered a few million dollars I'm sure he'd do it. Who wouldn't? You say MMA fighters are embarrassing but boxers are doing the same shit.

Mayweather fought Conor, Fury is fighting Ngannou. Mayweather boxed a tiny 120lb Japanese kickboxer, a total scrub boxer, some Youtubers etc.. Pretty much anybody on the planet that isn't super rich would accept a fight for a few million dollars.
 
Was a big fan but coming back would be a bad idea he should just stay retired
