Yes there are isolated gang related incidents but this is definitely a trend
I'm not pro-court packing but I'm hoping we can SC blue to actually do something about firearms.

Just today, in NYC a man simply bought a rifle in Ohio and carried it to subway in Time Square NYC

The officials told News 4 that Teague said he was from Ohio and he was the legal owner of the weapon.

Three senior law enforcement officials said Teague is the son of Andrew Teague, who was killed in a wild police chase and shootout on an Ohio highway in March. His father had been wanted for an alleged assault in February.

What does the Supreme Court have to do with it? What law do you think could be passed that would be struck by the Supreme Court. Hate to burst it to you but the only gun laws the Supreme Court has struck are complete bans on handguns at least on Second Amendment grounds. Everything else is there because we the American people want it that way.
