437 lbs to 250 - low carb

No i meant for my wedding
I cut off all sugar and carbs
Im no dietitian but my biggest problem is portion, i work out daily but when i eat, i have serious issues commiting to small portions.

Eat more fat and fiber - they are the main thing that cause satiety.

Still in a bit of a plateau, losing weight, but not as fast as I would like. My weight also keeps having spikes on a weekly basis for some reason, even while my diet is consistent. I think it's stress/cortisol related - but we shall see. I have been doing HIIT sprinting and lifting but so far it hasn't done much (time will tell).

A lot of people ask me what I eat on a regular basis, here is a typical day:

I also updated my chart on the 1st page and my complete chart here:

You're doing great Nemesis! As you get closer to your goal you should try to reintroduce carbs, but keep the calories down to maintenance levels, this way your weight won't fluctuate in retarded ways when your eating habits are less than stellar around the holidays.

CONGRATS! Takes balls! Are you feeling weak or hungry at all?

Never. As a point of example: Before I lost all this weight I couldn't even walk down the street without shin splints, now I do HIIT sprinting for fun and can walk for miles on end. Also used to be constantly hungry and in a state of perpetual grazing and now I never feel hunger.

If you don't feel like you're about to die at the end of your hiit wind sprints you're not doing it right.

LOL trust me I do. I still find it more fun than standard cardio - mainly because it doesn't take as long and you can find one patch of road and just do it over and over until you basically can't walk/breath anymore.

Basically I sprint as hard as I can until my gait starts degrading/i'm gonna die then I speed walk until I can sprint again - rinse repeat. Not exactly the Tabata or any other specific method, but same concept.

Nothing wrong with this until you plateau. And since you aren't measuring speed/time, that's really not an issue.

Awesome job! Congratulations. The pictures are night and day. You're a totally different person.

where did you get that chart from?
is it a program that inputs all those info for you??

MyFitnessPal - the only reason I go to the site is make charts for places like this, or to show friends what I've eaten in a day. It's a useless site for nutritional tracking in general due to its standardization of US based nutritional guidelines.

Down to 264 - I have cut out the "middle" meal (mid feeding window blood sugar spike from berries/peanut butter probably not doing me good - I need natural peanut butter instead) and am experimenting with a larger 1st meal and slightly larger last meal. I am eating between 300-750 calories of pumpkin seeds a day and it's become a staple of my diet as a means of getting fiber and fat. Eden Organic is an excellent brand I have found. I need to figure out a way to prepare this flax seed I have in the fridge left over from my peanut butter middle meal in a wholesome rather than sweet way. Maybe I can figure out some way of making flax toast or something and spread butter on it for more fiber and fat.

I am also down another shirt size. Down to XL now - started at a 4X. Another pic will be up when I work off some water weight I am bound to put on due to a family party this weekend. Also wanna get some shirts that fit.

can you post 3-5 different types of meals you eat recently pls?

from the last image - I dont think I could eat something like that, however your total info is similiar to what I am eating.
Feel free to see what my eating habit is like, I am curious to know what else you eat daily.

I pretty much eat the same thing every day due to laziness. Which is why this log isn't as repetitive as other logs. I don't have days in which I "waver" either - I only eat off the plan in pre-planned cheat periods. I used to have 1 every week, now its 1 every 2 weeks, and I don't count holidays - I just eat whatever the fuck I want on those days .

Up until recently it was:

1: 4 eggs, cheese, bacon, peppers, onions, sometimes pumpkin seeds - cooked in grease, or if i am out of bacon, cooked in butter
2: 2 tbsp peanut butter, 4 tbsp flax, cinnamon, black berries, a splash of heavy cream
3. meat, vegetables (or almonds/nuts), sometimes cheese, often with butter

All in a 6 hour window or less.

Recently I stopped eating 2 and expanded the number of seeds/nuts i eat with 1, as well as taking slightly larger servings with 3.

The standardization of my diet is on a few factors:
1. I like what i'm eating - I am never hungry or bored
2. It's easy
3. Economics - I am broke and don't have money/means to experiment with alternatives

Another pic added to the 1st page. As you can see my clothes are really getting baggy and I need to buy another size down.

Recent food changes:

I have been adding 2 tbsp of chia seeds to my omelets in the morning. Nutrition Facts and Analysis for Seeds, chia seeds, dried

As you can see the nutritional value of chia seeds is excellent - they are very similar to pumpkin seeds (another seed I highly recommend) but less calories and less fat. This makes them an ideal tool to get more fiber without a substantial caloric increase. I like to get as much fiber in my diet as possible, so have been eating them. They taste a bit like sesame seeds but soak up liquids and taste amazing in the bacon grease/egg/cheese.

Also just today my new order of pumpkin seeds arrived. Still using Eden Organic, but trying a new type, the spicy variant. They are extremely tasty and i'll be having a serving of those every morning too. For those interested: http://www.edenfoods.com/store/images/products/nlea/113015.gif

I have eliminated my middle meal, the peanut butter/flax/black berries/cinnamon and just eat some more seeds to get similar macros during breakfast (the objective being fiber and fat). I have a feeling that the glycemic load of the middle meal was higher than it should have been - and i'll try it again once I can get my hands on some natural peanut butter.

Bought some new clothes today - nothing special, just some shirts and pants that fit. I am outpacing my current clothes like a baby except in reverse so try to buy as little clothes as possible. Call me Rollins.

Really worried about my progress. This upcoming week and a half my dad is visiting, which means eating out a lot - and in some situations no matter what I will be eating crap. Then I am having a "Going away" party because I just got a job and am moving to Florida. I expect to bulk up quite a bit... even if I try to show discretion, probably gonna gain 20-30 lbs in a 2 week period. Most of it will be water, but will still take me like a month to get rid of. Pisses me off that skinny ectomorph/good genetics bitches can do that without consequence haha.
