Can't really tell from that video. Training like that isn't going to do much of anything IMO, it doesn't simulate a real fight at all. I'm sure he does actual sparring sometimes though and that's where he will learn, that and kicking pads to refine his technique.

I'm just speaking from experience, as someone who used to strike at a very high level. I would personally rather throw some protective gear on and fight. Simulate the speed of a real fight

He has all the physical abilities but his fight IQ is lacking, his cardio isn't fantastic either tbh sir.
