How long until someone does an 'elbow-drop off the ropes" on a KOd opponent

Imagine a scenario like Sean O'Malley vs Almeida.... on the last knockdown, Almeida was basically KOd, looking up at light dazed and confused, the ref let the fight go until O'mally put an end to it with a follow up strike

Omalley could've gone for a quick "people's elbow" and became an overnight sensation

Honestly, one of the most brutal KOs ever. Jeremy literally broke poor Josh's face.
This style of elbow would probably be the only one legal to do jumping. The People's Elbow might be looked at as a 12-6 elbow by certain refs, which sucks because it seems like a fun move to try out in a real fight.

Trying to hit a knocked out opponent with anything should not be something people are looking to do.
