Should judges take into account that kickers inflict damage to themselves?

And often times it seems kickers even hurt themselves more than they do their own opponents. Look at Deiveson and Brandon Moreno as they leave the octagon for instance

And that is only one of many instances

if you knock your knees on the ground during a takedown attempt and it hurts, your opponent should get the round.

It's an interesting concept. Pro wrestling obviously, but Hogan headbutted Ultimate Warrior in their Wrestlemania match and hurt himself a lot more than Warrior.

If you kick someone and score a 'point' with the judges, the opponent laughs it off, and you're limping after the strike...should you win because of that strike or even have that contribute to a win?

Ref's should make sure that if an opponent gets knocked out, they're actually knocked out. There have been instances where a fighter uses the "play dead" technique to lure in their opponents for the kill, only for the fight to be waived off. C'mon refs, make sure the guy isn't playing dead before you call it!!!!!

Judging is already subjective enough, but this would add a whole new ridiculous level of subjectivity to it. It's pretty difficult/impossible to judge how much pain a fighter is feeling after dishing out a kick, unless their leg snaps in the process like Silva or Weidman. The judges have enough on their plates without having to worry about whether the guys who landed an effective strike also felt the effects of it.

Did you really win the round if you broke the guy's face but broke your hand in the process?

ehh, I think it's debatable.

I think his face was probably trying to avoid the fist more than the other way around (to kick start this punching debate)

In that situation I would actually say a broken face is worse than a broken hand, but if your strategy is literally to attack your opponent with kicks to damage their legs and restrict their movement yet you're the one bleeding out of your shins and hobbling around in pain, then in seems counterproductive
