At no point did the Jones/Shogun fight look competitive and it was against the champion. Silva/Forest would be up there but the implications weren't the same.

No, surely. It's not that those other performances (including Jones') weren't impressive. But, to be fair, Shogun wasn't an absolute wrecking machine at the time, and practically undefeated, like Cyborg. I believe Amanda demolishing Cyborg the way she did was (even) more shocking than Jones demolishing Shogun.

Young Jones coming in and making Shogun looks like a bum is one of those moments that are cemented as one of the most one sided beatdowns of all time considering it was tittle fight. Amanda out-brawling Cyborg also left many fight fans shocked

I'd go with Couture simply because it was like a movie script or something and everyone wanted him to beat Sylvia.

He comes out and just decks him immediately.

Obviously beating Tim Sylvia isn't the most impressive feat listed, but the energy at the time was off the charts.
