Media Why Does Conor McGregor Hit So HARD? (McGregor Punching Power Explained)

If you are 4'3" I suppose his punches could look hard, well maybe, I dunno?

Reminds me more of my 12 year old nephew but he may hit harder, well maybe, I dunno?

He doesn't hit hard. He couldn't knock an average sized old man off his stool.

He was accurate and had good movement.
According to Dustin Poirier, he's the hardest puncher he's ever faced so i'd say that Conor does hit hard...

Interesting scientific video about Conors crazy power and punching power in general.

Firas Zahabi, explained its the way the muscle is attached to the bone for fast vs slow twitch, power vs endurance, muscles with lower vs higher oxygen levels. He went on to explain leverage...I agree for the most part but the best fights are always contradictions...Roy Nelson, Anderson Silva, Deontay Wilder, and others...by appearance you can't judge them sometimes. Most of the ones you never expect to do what they do go on and become champs. Top fighters are gifted and born with things you can't teach.

Oh but to answer your question he eats Lucky Charm cereal.

Did you just give that guy a serious answer?
