Question for stat lovers: who has highest winning % in UFC (min. 10 fights) & never won a belt?

In other words, who's had the most statistical success in the UFC but never won a belt?

Of the active UFC fighters, I think him and Edwards, both 10-2.

Technically, Yairs had 10 fights and is 8-1-1. So he's lower than those two in winrate but higher unbeaten.
