Now that the eagle has departed, do Bronx smokes everyone in the division. I could see Conor giving him problems standing but I think Olivera wears him out and submits him in 4. What do you guys think about Olivera’s ceiling and his potential too become champion ?

He looked great no doubt, but we need to wait how he deals with adversity again

I agree, some guys take time to get good. Khabib left because he knows, 2 things.

1. If he takes De Bronx down he ends up like Fedor and gets Subbed.
2. He hit Conor with the hardest punch he could throw, the very hardest punch he would ever land. And it didn't even sit him down, in his heart hee knows he can't KO Conor, which even if he wins, he loses.

Charles has looked elite ever since fw but the problem has always been his heart, he seems to fold a lot when he isn’t winning the right or gets in a compromising situation.

I think Olivera is an excellent, technical talent.

But his durability, tenacity, and ability to win in the trenches is suspect.

Exactly the opposite as Khabib, who has = (or better) technical talent, but who is a much tougher, physical, focused ... and more absolutely determined ... fighter.

Made me laugh!

There is a small chance he could catch him in a submission, but likely this one is ended early by a ko...remember Donald Cerrone tko'd him
A few ppl have but that was a long time ago and people get better as Charles clearly has and Donald has regressed greatly so you can't take that Conor fight for anything really.

How can you say something so idiotic after his last two wins are beating Kevin Lee in a main event and Tony Ferguson, the 2nd best LW of the decade, in a co-main event slot on a PPV?
He is on a run, sure. But look at his resume - Holloway, Edgar, Pettis, Felder, etc. Lee has the same issue as Charles but is not as well rounded. Tony just came off a beating.
