- Realization that dreams come true with work ethic and determination (captured on camera)
- took fight against a bad matchup on two weeks notice (trained for Brazilian striker, fought American wrestler) for the sake of his home country
- Usually a stoic viking, but completely broke down here. The purest, most genuine of emotions I have seen.

Don’t think I have. Shogun beating Machida in the rematch was probably close.
 
LOL at OP. Kinda obvious that Conor was given favorable matchups so he could be UFC's golden goose. He deserves credit, but there's a smoke and mirrors aspect to his title run just like Rousey beating soccer moms.
You can tell who the noobs are. They think his Mendes win was some historic accomplishment always spinning the narrative to “Conor took it on 2 weeks notice.” In reality he was training for Aldo and Mendes came off the couch on a week’s notice.
