Tony was getting dominated but I felt like the upkick that was ruled illegal changed the momentum of the fight for Tony. I felt like Tony had chucky hurt right then and there but the ref ruled it illegal and they had to reset in that position.

Was it illegal? I couldn't see any evidence that it was. I didn't see the angle. Looked legal to me

I'm not saying Tony would have won the fight but I felt like that was his best chance at doing so was building on cutting him with the elbow and a good upkick to follow.

It was an illegal upkick!!! Joe Rogan said so!! His best chance to win was unjustly taken!!!11

His knee was down. Tony has a moment like this in almost fight he's in. For some reason Rogan was going crazy thinking it off the ground.
Rogan went full retard this card. Dude is trash and so is DC. They need to hire some real pro's to put on with John A.

I didn't see it man. Even with the replays. I must have missed it. I thought watching it live was legal. It wasn't. So I concede. It's not much to that.

It was illegal. If you watch it happen Charles wasnt even hurt from it. He was just like “wtf”. The upkick was another fine example of how fucking annoying joe rogan is.

It looked to me like Oliveira tried to oversell how much it affected him a bit.

I didn't take Rogan's word for it. Lord know how many times he jump to conclusions.

But when they were showing replays the angles I remembered it wasn't conclusive but Daniel was like it's not off the floor. I don't remember seeing a clear angle. That's my fault I wasn't intently focused on it. So I just may have missed the clear angle. No problem.

Illegal, is that you Joe Rogan? It was illegal, no two ways about it, even if the knee was 15mm away from the ground he was in a "downed" position and Tony still threw it.

It was illegal and not the first illegal upkick Tony threw. More like the third. Always when the fight wasn't going as planned.
Watch the fight, before making pointless threads. They showed it a few times
