he was doing very well and arguably up against Ortega 2-0 but he just doesnt have the intangibles. Skillwise hes really good everywhere but he doesnt have the will, heart or durability to ever be a serious top contender. He reminds me a bit of Aloe Vera not in style of fighting but just their makeup

Despite what Joe and DC were telling you, he was landing the much cleaner and more effective shots before the knockdown and bad stoppage. His striking is still great, as is his grappling.

He is what he is. I don't think anybody was necessarily seeing him as a future champ, but a solid possible top 10-15 fighter sure.

Nah he's still really good, his striking was really sharp tonight; his opponent was just too good

He is solid but he is in a division that has tough fights everywhere, and isn't full of ancient fossils like heavier weight classes. There is also a constant stream of good new talent....
