Or, are you talking about the time between the 3:22am tweet and it's response at 1:10pm? (a super long 9 hours and 48 minutes - time that most likely Dana spent sleeping)

Or are you talking about some other time? Which day/date did Dana make Conor wait? (admittedly, if I was Dana I'd make Conor wait ALL the days!)

EDIT TO ADD: This is old news (happened 10 months ago and was posted and discussed 4 months ago here on Sherdog)

Finally, I'll point out that the UFC no longer is behold to PPV sales like they were when Conor was coming up (2016 +/-). Now they're paid a flat rate per year from ESPN and only get a bonus if it sells past a certain point, and I'm sure it's nowhere near what they used to get per buy. The UFC gave away some of the upside of PPV sales in exchange for the larger guaranteed revenue per year of the ESPN deal. Therefore, there's no longer as much incentive for the UFC to give in to Conor's antics, since they don't stand to earn as much from each of his fights as they used to.
