Which combat sambo federation? Khabib's world combat sambo federation is kind of the fake or less prestigious one. His federation is closer to amateur MMA than combat sambo. You can see some of their matches and they don't even wear the jacket.

I know the difference, but the problem is that you have read his english wikipedia page and now you think you know all there is about him(they don't know the difference either and made the mistake). The difference between you and me is that I actually speak russian fluently, and know quite a bit more about that world than you.
He is a champion of Military Hand To Hand Combat, not Combat Sambo. So keep your ego in check next time you try to correct someone.

All you did was say I speak Russian, I know more than you and posted the different rules from a Russian website. Yandex is great btw, my dad showed me it, my dad is also Russian, I'm not fluent but I can speak and read enough.

I see more evidence through various sources he has won multiple combat Sambo tournaments including the official Sambo website. Sure, wiki says hand to hand combat but I can't find anything on hand to hand so unless all you did was read his wiki and assume that was 100% accurate that he's hand to hand champ without finding evidence. You can see the irony in that. But if you know more than please share, I can only learn from what I can find through multiple sources, always happy to learn more and be corrected when needed
