What's the reason for keeping the elbows tight to his head in a low mount like that? I tend to keep my hands wide as outriggers in case he bucks, but otherwise minimal weight on them to stay heavier. Also keeps them out of his control.

I've got two questions:
1. On the false ceiling and bridge slam it looks like you're transferring your hands back and forth between the sides of his hips. I haven't been able to do this because their torso is usually pressed on mine when they've got their body is low. Is there a trick to this?
2. On the heavy head you're not trapping his foot. Is this because, if he sticks his foot out, you just use the opening to bring your leg in?
