Cliffs for the folks who can't listen:

- Got off the ground after fight and said to himself "now I'm back in the mix"
- Says Khabib's brother being right next to him on the cage was a Christmas present
- Entire focus of training camp was defense with back against fence / on the mat
- Became too defensive
- Irritates him to this day (gameplan)
- External sources were telling him that he can't wrestle with Khabib
- Has been mauling his training partners lately

Full interview cliffs below

I can't wait for the return of the Notorious One.

- Broken foot came from throwing a front kick 2.5 weeks before Khabib fight. Wrestler shot in on him, and his toes bent backwards and got stuck in position from the force of the kick and the shot.

Lmfao Conor still bitter they were in there ringing his buttons like a calculator

External sources were right.

Can't wait to see Conor trying to maul Khabib <{MingNope}>

Conor is so full of shit. Why can't he just take the L and fight.

Good on him for trying and being motivated, but he's not on Khabib's level and never will be, the grappling difference is too drastic.

He's still a good fighter, just not as good as Khabib.

If this guy was Brazilian Sherdog collectively wouldn't stop throwing shade at him.

I got Conor winning the rematch by wrestlefuck.

<GrassoBless>

The crazy thing is how he spent the entire camp and hundreds of thousands of dollars focusing on defense, surviving, and he still had to foul like crazy and got finished.

Imagine how fast and easily he'll be finished if he opens up and tries his "offensive grappling" that he's been saying he's working on. The first fight's mauling was as good as Conor would ever perform against Khabib, DC said the same thing.

Conor sounds like a sad kunt, desperately trying to find something to stop his inflated ego from crashing.

He got absolutely rekt that night, its better to accept that, learn from the mistakes and move forward

Its about as good as he'll ever do vs Khabib, considering all the illegal shit he did that fight

What a nonsense filled interview. He got his ass beat in the fight first and then post-fight

Typical Conor McGregor, all talk...
