Would be cowboy Vs Conor for 165 title. Brings money, and instant attention to the division, and there's a stack of guys who would be better suited to 165 than 155 or 170. May not be the most deserving fighters for the shot, but it would kickstart the division.

Conor vs Cowboy would be extremely undeserving of a title fight of a new division. A guy who hasn't won a fight in years, and the other guy a gatekeeper.

There's so much more deserving matchups with all the talent that would be fighting at that weight class. Khabib, Askren, Masvidal, Wonderboy, Colby, etc. Khabib vs Askren would probably be the best fight to make for it.
