Probably Lock Up, Escape from Alcatraz and The Shawshank Redemption.

Animal Factory, Felon, Last Light and The Man Who Broke 1000 Chains are a few more decent ones that aren't among the options. And The Count of Monte Cristo.

I'd have One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest as #1 if it qualifies.
